Elene Ramishvili - The Christmas Casket
On December 13 at 5:00 PM, the Art Palace of Georgia – Museum of Cultural History will host the exhibition “The Christmas Casket” by Elene Ramishvili.
The Georgian artist and designer has been working in the fields of painting and applied arts for more than a decade. From early childhood, she has created compositions full with deep emotion and strong personal expression.
“Welcome to this palace.
It is time for me to open my casket and share with you colorful Christmas treasure.
A large panel composed of tiny details, where the fairy tales are told.
I will introduce you to fireside stories narrated in many ways, to the seasons of the year, and to adventures embroidered with multicolored threads.
You will encounter pomegranates and Aunt Ariadne, magical clouds and countless little angels.
I will take you on a journey through a garden full with ornaments, where for many years I have been sowing kindness, so that your visit may turn into a memory that warms you—like Christmas, childhood, and love.
Visit me, I am waiting for you…
With love,
Yours, Elo.”
