The Sighnaghi International Art Festival Comes to a Successful Close!

From August 24 to 29, Sighnaghi welcomed Georgian and international artists for five days of creativity and artistic exchange. During the festival, the historic town was transformed into a vibrant space for contemporary art, where painters and sculptors created new works inspired by their surroundings.

Artists from Georgia, Latvia, and other countries took part in the festival. Their creative process was closely connected to Sighnaghi’s unique architecture, history, and cultural heritage, turning the festival into more than just an exhibition — it became a dynamic and immersive artistic experience.

At the festival's closing, the works created by international participants were presented to the public. An international jury, comprising Valda Dargais, Sandra Dikmane and from the Georgian side -  Leila Chichinadze, Elizabet Ugulava, and Natalia Lashkhi, selected the festival’s winners.
