The Union of Georgian Palace-Museums has received its first donation: a bronze diadem and a sardion–lazurite bead with a gold pendant, dated to the 4th century BC.

The donor wishes to be anonymous and said that the item is from Kakheti and had been kept in their ancestor’s home for over a century. As a sign of support for Georgian culture and the union of palace museums, the donor decided to gift this unique item to the museum and, therefore, to the Georgian people.
